Emergencies come in a lot of forms — here's what we typically respond to and how.
Calls at any hour route to an on-call technician who can talk you through immediate safety steps. We keep common temporary materials stocked on every truck specifically for after-hours calls.
This is the single most time-sensitive step in any siding emergency. A weatherproof seal goes on even in light rain if needed — waiting for a dry window isn't always an option.
Damage from a vehicle, ladder, or falling object gets assessed and repaired, with documentation if you need it for insurance. Structural framing behind the impact gets checked before cosmetic repair begins.
We coordinate around any tree removal that still needs to happen before finishing repair. Debris from the tree gets cleared from the work area as part of the same visit when it's safe to do so.
We move quickly on these calls since exposed material is often left vulnerable to further damage. We note paint type or damage method in our documentation, which sometimes helps a police report.
When full repair material needs ordering, we install a temporary weatherproof patch to protect the wall in the meantime. Temporary material is chosen to blend reasonably with existing siding, not just a bright tarp visible from the street.

Emergency repairs carry the same workmanship guarantee as any scheduled siding project.
